Kim Baker embarked on his automotive career in 1998, igniting his passion in sales at a Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile franchise. This experience paved the way for his journey, as in 2001, they expanded by acquiring a Ford franchise on the same premises. This encompassed brands such as Chevrolet, Buick, Ford, CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram), and a Linex franchise. In addition to his other responsibilities, Kim supervised a combined service facility and an offsite body shop, ensuring the smooth functioning of the entire operation. Kim and his dealerships have successfully facilitated well over 10,000 subprime deals throughout his career, demonstrating his astute understanding of this specialized market segment. However, Kim's focus extends beyond financial transactions. He places a high emphasis on cultivating a healthy organizational culture.
