Super Group Program Levels

Silver Level

Includes:

  • Quarterly DealerStrong benchmarks and average finance transactions by credit tier and lender.
  • Two, 30-minute consultation calls per quarter, scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance with any DealerStrong team member.

Gold Level

Includes:

  • Quarterly DealerStrong benchmarks and average finance transactions by credit tier and lender.
  • Two, 30-minute consultation calls per quarter, scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance with any DealerStrong team member.
  • 24 highly departmental focused 75-minute Zoom sessions to provide training on specific topics pertinent to the department manager as well as analysis of short departmental surveys turned in in advance. (Approximately 2 per month)
  • Links to audio/visual recording (downloadable) good for 30 days.
  • Materials/study compilations of each course provided to all.

Platinum Level

Includes:

  • Quarterly DealerStrong benchmarks and average finance transactions by credit tier and lender.
  • Two, 30-minute consultation calls per quarter, scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance with any DealerStrong team member.
  • 24 highly departmental focused 75-minute Zoom sessions to provide training on specific topics pertinent to the department manager as well as analysis of short departmental surveys turned in in advance. (Approximately 2 per month)
  • Links to audio/visual recording (downloadable) good for 30 days.
  • Materials/study compilations of each course provided to all.
  • Membership is market exclusive.
  • Monthly composite.
  • Vetted speaker to discuss dealer focused topics.
  • Two in-person one-day meetings designed for the dealer and/or executive/general managers. In a small group with boardroom style setting unless larger space is needed by guest speaker request.

Diamond Level

This level only:

  • Membership is market exclusive. Participation in Silver, Gold or Platinum is optional.
  • Limited to a maximum of ten dealers.
  • Dealers must qualify to attend.
  •  Qualifications:

            Minimum financial statement combined income of $2,000,000 in the current or past             year.

            Minimum volume of 2400 retail units the prior year.

            (or) Waiver by all existing members should a dealer not meet those two criteria.

  • High-level one-day meeting designed for the dealer and anyone from the dealership with ownership. (Fly in one day, out the next, if desired)
  • Includes a high-end group fine dining experience the evening before including items such as a chef’s table, fine-wine tasting, spirits-tasting, etc.
  • Boardroom seating.
  • Focus is high-level discussions on topics such as tax-planning and deferrals, investing, financing growth, mergers/acquisitions, succession plans/exit strategy, and insight from non-industry Fortune 50 CEOs, etc.
  • High-end speakers, generally for a fee, to bring insight to all – whether inside or outside of auto space.
  • Relevant issues involving the retail auto industry (economy, political climate).
  • May include some meeting homework depending on the topics.
  • Will include an Executive Committee to assist in steering agenda and guest speakers.
  • Program for spouses/significant others who accompany the member.
