DealerStrong works with dealers across the United States through private consulting and coaching, hosting industry events and training.
How It Started
DealerStrong was founded in 1998, by CEO Greg Goebel, who constructed a platform that allowed other auto dealers and managers to take advantage of his decades of dealer leadership experience in the industry. This platform was a growth agent for the launch of the first online dealer community that allowed auto dealers to openly exchange ideas and information with other dealers across the United States, Auto Dealer Daily. The massive success of this community lead to the release of the auto industry’s first publication focused on daily operations of the retail automotive dealership.
The DealerStrong leadership team grew the reader base of Auto Dealer Monthly magazine to over 30,000 individuals across the nation, introduced the first Dealer’s Choice Awards, released Special Finance Insider, and hosted the first convention dedicated to special finance in the automotive industry.
They have since sold Auto Dealer Monthly magazine and today remain singularly focused on improving the daily operations of their retail automotive clients.
