Phone Skill Training
The telephone is the most important tool in the dealership, yet many dealerships fail to make the most of it. Phone skill training is available for sales teams as well as Business Development Center teams on an as-needed basis through webinars and individual store coaching.
Call monitoring is one of the most effective ways to improve Business Development Representative (BDR) performance.
This package includes a 30-minute call review (must have call recording services in place) with a written evaluation. An audio file will be sent to the Business Development Manager (BDM) and BDR. Also included is a 15 minute one-on-one coaching call with the BDM focused on coaching their representatives.

BDC Process & Procedure Check-up
Many dealers are shocked to find they have lost leads. Leads they have paid for or generate never make it into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) due to faulty systems. Therefore, those leads never get worked. When was the last time you had a process check up?
This package includes testing of your online lead submission forms and CRM lead capture process with a written follow-up regarding the results. Additionally, if access to your CRM is provided, our trainer will check your templates and automated communication and provide feedback on your CRM usage.
Join our BDC Roundtable! It’s the only one in the industry! It’s a monthly online webinar designed primarily for the BDM. It allows you to communicate in a peer-group format with non-competing dealerships. Each online meeting runs approximately 60 minutes and has a pre-planned agenda. Monthly reporting of BDC analytics is required. The data is combined with other members to create a Departmental Analysis that compares your dealership numbers with those of the other dealer members. It also compares you against the industry benchmark and the Roundtable averages, giving models and accountability for all dealerships.
The group is designed to provide training and networking with other Business Development Center departments without out-of-dealership travel. This allows an exchange of ideas, processes, word tracks, templates and more. It allows the members to overcome challenges that may have already been addressed by other member dealerships.
