Guarantee & Refund Policy
There are no refunds on any candidate plans. However, with the Complete Plan purchase, DealerStrong guarantees all management placements for a period of 30 days. If a candidate is terminated voluntarily or involuntarily within the guarantee period, Company shall notify DealerStrong within 4 business days, and DealerStrong shall begin the Complete Plan again, at no additional charge, for an additional 45 day period. If DealerStrong has recommended candidates as a replacement, and 45 days from termination of initial hire have expired and Company has not hired a candidate, DealerStrong will have no further obligation to fill the position at no charge.
